Rewind to 2004 and I was just beginning to make beats and rap, inspired by and working with a Baltimore MC by the name of Height. I made the beat out of samples obtained from the radio in my car, using a really shitty mic. Everything except for the drums. Once the beat was done, Height came up with the theme of UFO's and specifically about me and him having come from a UFO ourselves. This is an interesting combination of some of my favorite lyrical content and one of my least favorite deliveries on my part. I'm all over the place, you can hear me crowding the mic and then backing off again. I also remember this as the time I realized how much fun it can be to record with other artists; especially dedicated, easygoing cats like Height, who has since evolved multiple times over into the now-formidable Height With Friends.
